Position Overview


We are excited to announce an opening for a Part-Time Remote Customer Engagement and Legal Compliance Specialist at arenaflex. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our legal, security, and data compliance operations while contributing to our customer engagement marketing initiatives. This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities that span legal review, data protection, marketing compliance, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities


Your daily activities will encompass a wide range of compliance and engagement tasks designed to protect arenaflex and ensure we maintain the highest standards in our marketing and customer data practices. Here's what you can expect to do:


  • Compliance Support: Assist the legal and security teams in reviewing and maintaining compliance with various regulations including GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), and ITP (Intelligent Tracking Prevention) guidelines.
  • Contract Review Assistance: Support the review and processing of new contracts and renewals, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), business agreements, marketing contracts, legal documentation, insurance matters, pricing terms, pixel tracking agreements, data usage policies, and privacy terms for various arenaflex business units.
  • Data Protection Oversight: Participate in third-party data sharing audits and oversight processes, including audience segmentation across different arenaflex business units, partner organizations, and external vendors to ensure proper data governance.
  • Marketing Compliance: Support the Customer Engagement Marketing compliance workflow, working with legal, insurance, and data management teams to ensure all marketing activities meet regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation of compliance processes, workflows, and monitoring procedures. Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Policy Management: Assist in managing position and project-specific guidance to ensure compliance status with existing, recently enacted, and emerging security regulations and policies. Stay informed about new regulatory developments and their potential impact on arenaflex operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key colleagues across departments to review and manage the Customer Engagement unified legal and security line while implementing new monitoring processes.
  • Audit Support: Contribute to the execution of legal and security audit processes for arenaflex Parks, Experiences, and Products divisions.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Educational Background: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a senior student (within six months of graduation) pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Political Science, Pre-Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Alternatively, candidates who have graduated within the last six months from an accredited institution are also encouraged to apply.
  • Academic Requirements: Must be enrolled in at least one class during the semester or quarter (spring/fall) preceding participation in this program, OR have graduated within the past six months, OR currently participating in an arenaflex School Program or Professional Internship.
  • Work Authorization: Must have unrestricted work authorization to accept employment in the United States.
  • Availability: Must be able to maintain a consistent and reliable work schedule throughout the interview process and during employment.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from work (if working from a physical location becomes necessary).
  • Previous Experience: Must not have completed one year of continuous work on an arenaflex internship or program previously.
