CoreFactor is searching for a Project Manager on a contract basis for a client in the GTA. 


This position is fully remote and can be located anywhere within Canada or USA. 


The Project Manager will run the day-to-day operations as well as manage the complexity of a large-scale platform migration.

 

The Role: 


Day to day operations:

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong documentation habits
  • Confidence in running Scrum ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
    • Strong Agile project delivery management experience
  • Strong knowledge of ADO:
    • Ability to keep Sprints up to date, coordinating with product managers, engineering and QA
    • Assist Lead Product Manager in managing and maintaining the ADO board so priorities, status, blockers, and ownership are always clear
  • Experience working in a fast-moving digital product or web delivery environment
  • Comfortable coordinating with product managers, developers, QA, marketing team and business stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with global and regional teams

Sitecore AI Migration Project

  • Strong knowledge/ experience using Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools
    • Keeps project documentation organized and easy to reference
  • Strong status reporting skills for both working teams and leadership
  • Ability to identify project risks early and escalate appropriately
  • Strong meeting facilitation skills that keep discussions focused and productive
  • Ability to take clear, concise meeting minutes with actions, owners, and due dates
    • Captures decisions, risks, blockers, and follow-ups during meetings and ensures they are tracked through to completion
    • Helps to prepare meeting agendas and keeps meetings structured, focused, and outcome-driven
    • Sends clear post-meeting summaries with next steps and accountability
  • Experience managing complex enterprise website migration projects with multiple workstreams
  • The migration project will have multiple “sub-projects” which will all fed into the master project plan
  • Able to bring structure where scope, ownership, or deliverables are still evolving
  • Experience with maintains logs such as RAID logs and decision logs,  so nothing gets lost across product, engineering, marketing, consultants , and business stakeholders
  • Ability to help connect product priorities to delivery sequencing so engineering is building in the right order
