Position Overview
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to support our valued client in the Banking and Finance sector. This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and business needs. The selected candidates will be working onsite at one of our client locations in Hopewell, NJ, Addison, TX, or Chandler, AZ.
As a Customer Service Representative in this role, you will serve as the first line of technical support for the bank's internal employees and external clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting applications and proprietary systems via phone and chat, documenting tickets clearly for escalation to second-line support teams, and delivering exceptional customer service that aligns with the client's high standards.
This position offers an hourly rate of $20-$22 per hour, with compensation varying based on location, market conditions, and candidate qualifications. Key Responsibilities
