This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer who is passionate about turning complex data into meaningful, actionable insights. In this full-time role, you will work closely with enterprise-level clients and internal stakeholders to design sophisticated dashboards, architect robust data pipelines, and deliver high-impact visual analytics that support strategic decision-making. You will play a critical role in transforming raw and unstructured data into intuitive visual stories that drive business outcomes.
Requirements
4–6 years of specialized experience in Power BI dashboard development
Strong expertise in designing and developing complex Power BI dashboards that translate intricate business requirements into intuitive visual narratives
Expert-level proficiency in architecting end-to-end ETL pipelines to transform raw data into structured, meaningful insights
Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex, performance-optimized queries
Deep understanding of data modeling, data transformation techniques, and dimensional modeling
Proven experience in converting unstructured data into structured, analyzable formats through advanced data cleaning and transformation
Experience working with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake
Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and performance optimization
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and visualize complex business intelligence requirements
Experience developing and maintaining robust data visualization solutions that support strategic and data-driven decision-making
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly insights
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset
