The Role: Senior Director of Product

Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Director of Product at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with driving the future of our search ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:

• Vision Development: Crafting and articulating a clear, compelling product vision for cutting-edge search products at arenaflex, ensuring that vision translates into strategic roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.


• Stakeholder Partnership: Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with key business and technology partners across every level of the organization. You'll serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus but not required.


• Proven Product Experience: Extensive experience in launching consumer experiences, with preference for AI-powered or search experiences that combine editorial and technology inputs.


• Track Record of Innovation: Demonstrated history of driving consumer web product innovation through product creation or enhancement, with proven strategies for significant growth in core product value.


• Strategic Planning Skills: Experience defining product strategy with a deep understanding of how initiatives ladder up to overarching strategies through programs and roadmaps.


• Data-Driven Decision Making: A commitment to making decisions based on data, leveraging insights from a broader team to enhance speed and accuracy in product development.


• Strong Leadership Qualities: Experience building and leading high-performing teams through periods of rapid growth and change.
