Our team is dedicated to solving these complex challenges with innovation, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

About This Opportunity

As a Customer Engineer specializing in Security within our Public Sector division, you will serve as the technical cornerstone of our sales efforts, bridging the gap between complex security solutions and the unique needs of government agencies and educational institutions. You'll be the trusted advisor that customers rely on when making critical technology decisions that impact national security, citizen services, and educational outcomes.

This role represents an exceptional opportunity to combine your technical expertise in cybersecurity with your passion for public service. You'll work alongside our Sales team to introduce arenaflex Cloud Security offerings to prospective and existing customers, helping them understand how our innovative solutions can transform their security posture while meeting rigorous compliance requirements.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Customer Security Engineer, your days will be dynamic and impactful. Deliver compelling technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proofs-of-concept, and interactive demonstrations to customers, partners, and key stakeholders. Your expertise will inspire confidence and drive adoption.

  • Market Positioning: Prepare and deliver impactful product messaging that highlights our solutions' unique value proposition. Utilize a variety of techniques including executive presentations, hands-on product demonstrations, white papers, trial management, and response documents tailored to public sector procurement processes.

  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their pain points and advocating for solutions that genuinely meet their needs. You'll accompany customers on their technology journey, providing consultation on the best approaches to secure their environments and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.

  • Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging threats and security trends. Identify innovative ways to multiply your impact and contribute to the team's success through knowledge sharing, process improvements, and thought leadership.

  • Travel & Engagement: Travel to customer sites, conferences, and industry events as needed to build relationships, understand operational environments, and represent arenaflex as a leader in public sector cybersecurity.
