Position Overview
As the CDP Product Leader at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving the technical strategy and execution of our Real-time Customer Data Platform, specifically our implementation of the Adobe Experience Platform. This is a highly visible role that requires both deep technical expertise and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders across the organization.
You'll serve as the subject matter expert for our CDP infrastructure, working closely with internal teams to ensure we're maximizing the value of our customer data while maintaining the highest standards of data governance and security. Your technical guidance will be instrumental in enabling marketing, analytics, and customer experience teams to deliver personalized, real-time interactions that delight our customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our technology team, you will:
- Platform Leadership: Manage and maintain the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP, ensuring it meets our evolving business needs and delivers optimal performance.
- Technical Development: Support new development, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the platform, working to continuously improve our customer data capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Guidance: Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding segment-building, audience activation, and RT-CDP platform capabilities.
- Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the platform, implementing effective solutions that minimize disruption to business operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT and other departments to align on technical requirements, implementation timelines, and integration strategies.
- Industry Awareness: Stay current with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Adobe Experience Platform and customer data management.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the platform is being used effectively and efficiently across the organization.
- Training & Enablement: Lead education sessions and training programs to empower internal teams to leverage the platform effectively for their business objectives.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with Adobe Support and consulting partners to coordinate product enhancements, resolve complex issues, and implement workarounds as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical data manipulation and marketing technology solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills, particularly with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent customer data platforms.
