- *Minimum Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 11 years of experience in digital sales, digital media, or digital marketing
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience with Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (e.g., AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV), and understanding of the competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising
- Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to propose creative technologies across a landscape of diverse decision makers
- Ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business for the customer and arenaflex
- Excellent tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes

As a Senior Account Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Growing advertising business through clear, data-driven POVs, and recommendations that align with Customer Business Objectives
- Managing and developing relationships with executives and clients through a consultative, customer-focused, and business approach
- Delivering a clear POV to help inform clients' marketing plans through the funnel and across multiple products
- Partnering with external and internal teams to identify opportunities and develop business plans
- Performing project management on initiatives across a variety of stakeholders and driving projects to successful outcomes
