Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to engage prospective clients
  • Identify and qualify opportunities by understanding prospect needs and challenges
  • Adapt messaging quickly across different industries and buyer personas
  • Handle objections confidently and guide conversations toward value
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate prospect activity and pipeline data in the CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies

Skills

  • At least 1 year of SDR experience in a high-volume cold-calling environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Confidence handling objections and navigating challenging conversations
