StormWind Studios is a company focused on tech sales, seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. This entry-level role involves making outbound calls to connect with decision-makers and generate qualified sales opportunities, with the potential for rapid career advancement through their Fast Track program.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Reps to build pipeline and support new business opportunities
- Prospect and qualify target accounts through high-volume outbound cold calling
- Schedule Initial Prospect Meetings and handoff prospect(s) to Sales Team
- Log, track, and maintain prospecting activity in Salesforce
- Leverage taught sales techniques to overcome objections and maximize customer interactions
Skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls daily and handling rejection
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay disciplined in a repetitive environment
