About the Role

As a Remote Order Processing & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly impact our ability to meet customer commitments and maintain our reputation for outstanding service. You'll be working from your home office in the Colorado Springs area, utilizing your expertise in data entry and customer support to manage orders through their entire lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of our operations team, you will be responsible for the following key duties:


  • Order Processing: Process customer purchase orders with precision and efficiency to meet both customer expectations and company commitments. Ensure all orders are entered accurately into our Oracle system and other software platforms as required.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Strive to continually improve the level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient order processing. Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Data Entry & Verification: Receive, edit, and enter incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner. Review, verify, and make corrections as necessary to ensure all information and order specifications are correct.

  • Problem Resolution: Contact customers to resolve unclear issues or discrepancies in their orders. Use your strong communication skills to clarify information and ensure order accuracy.

  • Order Lifecycle Management: Manage orders in the business system throughout the entire order cycle, from initial entry to final fulfillment. Maintain thorough documentation and follow all established procedures.

  • Compliance Screening: Screen all international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures. Stay informed about relevant import/export guidelines and ensure all international orders meet legal requirements.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Gather information for measurement, analysis, and reporting purposes. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends and suggesting process enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:


  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience is required. Previous experience in order processing, logistics, or a related field is highly preferred.

  • Customer Interaction: Strong customer interaction skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with customers via phone and email.

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated computer experience including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook. Experience with Oracle, CRM, and/or ERP business systems is required.

  • Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required. An associate degree in a related field is preferred.

  • Location: You must reside in the Colorado Springs area to be considered for this position. This is a remote work-from-home opportunity.

  • Availability: Must be available to work first shift hours and maintain a consistent schedule. Punctuality, reliability, and dependability are essential.
