The Sales Development Representative will play a critical role in expanding the B2B sales pipeline and driving revenue through strategic outbound campaigns and effective communication with prospects.


Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and social media to connect with key decision-makers
  • Drive top-of-funnel growth by initiating sales conversations and developing a strong top of funnel pipeline for Account Executives
  • Use Salesforce, Salesloft, and other sales tools to build prospect lists, craft messaging, execute outreach, and track your results
  • Conduct value-driven conversations with prospects, focusing on their needs and how Justworks can solve their unique problems
  • Master Justworks and the PEO industry, becoming an expert on market trends and competition

Skills

  • Ability to research and identify target prospects
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, especially when it comes to complicated topics
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus
