- Process purchase orders and restock inventory as needed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Maintain relationships with customers, gather feedback, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Answer pricing and product inquiries, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- Execute contract maintenance and inform customers of pricing contract changes, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and drive business success.
- *Requirements:**
- Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls in a positive manner, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Great follow-up skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to write legibly with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

- Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems, such as consolidating shipments from various suppliers and ensuring accurate documentation for export.
