Saputo Inc. is a leading dairy processor that values contributions and fosters an inclusive work environment. They are seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, working in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Working cross functionally with distribution, warehousing, supply chain & sales
- Participate in driving customer value, above and beyond sales
- Assisting team members with related duties such as special deliveries, delivery planning, promotional and holiday planning; special projects as required or assigned
- Keying orders, route verifications, handling customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Display competence, courtesy, and professionalism at all times
- Support and maintain Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P.’s quality standards
Skills
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent telephone manner is essential
- Excellent data entry skills – speed and accuracy a must
- Strong time-management, organizational, analytical and leadership skills
- Ability to multi task in a dynamic environment both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities
- One-year experience in a telephone sales / customer service environment preferred
- Bilingual (French) an asset (not a requirement)
