Schedule and Work-Life Balance

This predictable scheduling approach allows you to manage your commitments outside of work while still being available when our customers need you most. You'll be taking back-to-back customer service or tech support phone calls throughout your shift, engaging with a diverse range of consumers to provide solutions for their needs and technical issues.

Qualifications We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:


  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

  • Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training

  • An openness to being coachable and a desire to learn new techniques

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple windows and applications simultaneously

  • A positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers succeed

All candidates must have:


  • Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions

  • Ability to be on camera during all video meetings

  • Superb attendance and reliability

  • Open availability to work between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM Mountain Time, including weekends and holidays

  • Flexibility with schedule changes every 12-15 weeks based on business needs

  • Tech savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs while simultaneously providing exceptional customer service over the phone

Technical Requirements for Remote Work

To ensure you can perform your job effectively from home, arenaflex provides all the necessary initial equipment aside from your home internet connection. We'll provide a company-provided PC tower and power adapter, along with two monitors and associated cabling. This equipment will be considered leased and shall remain the property of arenaflex.

You'll be responsible for providing the following required accessories: a USB headset, USB keyboard, USB mouse, USB webcam, and ethernet cable. Additionally, you must have a dedicated home office workspace with stable cable, DSL, or fiber internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload speed with 99% uptime and no bandwidth or data caps. A wired ethernet connection between your modem and PC is required—Wi-Fi, fixed wireless, cellular or other hotspot, or satellite connections are not supported.

All costs to meet and maintain these requirements are your responsibility and are not reimbursed by arenaflex, except where required by law. We recommend maintaining backup or spare items of each required accessory to avoid any downtime in your work.
