Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Forefront Dermatology is seeking a Remote Total Rewards Analyst to support the administration of compensation and benefits programs. This role serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries regarding Total Rewards and involves customer service, data management, and analytical support.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact to resolve employee inquiries and issues related to benefits, compensation, pay practices, and Total Rewards policies
  • Maintain knowledge base documentation and frequently asked questions to support employee self-service
  • Day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness programs including eligibility, enrollment, and auditing
  • Coordinate with benefits vendors to resolve employee issues and eligibility discrepancies
  • Responsible for compensation and benefits data maintenance including job codes, salary ranges, pay changes, employee life events in the HRIS
  • Support market pricing and compensation analysis projects by gathering and organizing data, including salary survey submissions
  • Assist with the annual processes including open enrollment and merit review process including data preparation, system audits, testing and communication
  • Maintain job descriptions and job catalog information
  • Assist with reporting requests from HR leadership, Finance, and operations
  • Assist with compliance documentation, policy updates and standard operating procedures

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Basic understanding of employee benefits programs and compensation practices
  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to explain information clearly to employees
  • Problem-solving and issue resolution, with a focus on ongoing process improvement and efficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to confidentiality and data privacy
  • Experience market pricing jobs preferred
  • Experience supporting employees in an HR service center environment preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or multi-location organizations is a plus
