They are seeking a founding Business Development Representative to build an outbound sales engine and prospect new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Strategically researching/identifying potential client contacts and generating high-quality meetings
- Evangelizing Paragon’s business model to prospective clients and booking high-quality meetings
- Identifying ICP patterns and document winning playbooks
- Driving business through outbound phone calls, preparing and sending highly tailored, personalized, and relevant e-mails to prospective clients specific to their role and practice area
- Successfully diagnosing the client’s key business needs to ensure the first sales meeting leads to high-value opportunities and revenue
- Maintaining and logging all sales touch points within HubSpot
- Building the foundational skills for a successful career in sales or sales management

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or equivalent experience
