This role involves investigating complex title matters, solving problems, and ensuring smooth real estate transactions by reviewing title reports and clearing title conditions.

Responsibilities

• Review title reports, identify defects, and drive the resolution process from start to finish
• Work directly with lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, and clients to obtain documentation and clear title conditions
• Ensure timelines are met and maintain clear, accurate records of curative activity
• Communicate updates to all parties involved
