Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Enspire LLC is a seed-stage healthtech startup based in San Francisco, scaling its sales team. They are seeking Territory Sales Representatives to own their territory, build a pipeline, and sell an AI solution to specialty clinic providers and practice leaders.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed quota
- Own the full sales cycle—cold outreach, discovery, demos, objection handling, close, and handoff
- Develop trusted relationships with physicians, practice managers, and clinic administrators
- Communicate product value clearly and honestly to non-technical buyers
- Partner with implementation to ensure smooth post-sale onboarding
- Manage your pipeline with rigor in HubSpot or Salesforce
Skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. — no visa sponsorship
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 80% of the time
- 1–10 years of proven performance—sales, athletics, entrepreneurship, military, or any high-stakes environment

- Organized, accountable, and obsessed with your numbers

- Comfortable spending 3–4 days per week in the field (up to 80% travel)
- STEM or Computer Science Degree
