They are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot system issues, and enhance customer satisfaction through effective support and guidance on their platform.
Responsibilities
- Diligently answer client’s questions and concerns in our support queue with empathy and compassion
- Eager to accept inbound calls
- Occasionally participate in Webinars
- Utilize meeting softwares such as Zoom
- Manage customer relationships from initial contact through resolution
- Onboarding new users after 6 months of support training
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Highschool Diploma
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience supporting customers
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting techniques
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Advanced Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in CRM or SaaS systems is a plus
- Familiarity with customer service tools and platforms is advantageous
