This role is essential for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions and celebrations. As a Senior Event Planner & Catering Coordinator, you will manage all aspects of event logistics, including client consultations, venue selection, vendor management, menu development, budget oversight, and on-site coordination. You will work closely with our esteemed catering department to design innovative and bespoke culinary experiences that align with event themes and client preferences. Responsibilities include developing detailed event proposals and timelines, negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers, managing event budgets, and ensuring seamless execution on the day of the event. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience in both event planning and catering coordination is crucial. This role requires a proactive approach, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
