- Must LOVE Animals
Are you passionate about animal welfare and eager to make a difference?
Waggle's Fundraising Consultants are the engine behind our network of animal welfare partners. The role sits at the intersection of relationship-building, mission-driven storytelling, and results-oriented account management to positively impact the lives of animals in need. You'll own a portfolio of nonprofit shelters and rescues: Finding them, onboarding them, building their fundraising campaigns, and helping them succeed on the Waggle platform.
- This is a part-time, US-based role (remote) that has room for professional advancement in a growing organization.
- ** We encourage you to include a resume/cover letter. Please describe why you'd be a great fit for this role. ***
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect & outreach
- Onboard new partners
- Create & manage campaigns
- Manage your account portfolio
- Grow partner engagement
- Track & report activity — Keep CRM records up to date (HubSpot), log outreach and follow-up activity, and stay on top of partner communication through our internal tools (Slack, Asana)
QUALIFICATIONS
- A love and passion for animals: This work is meaningful, and our partners need to feel that you care about the mission (not just the task).
- Organized self-starter: Able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines independently in a remote, async-first environment.
- Strong written communication: You'll write fundraising campaigns that move donors to action. Clear, empathetic, and compelling writing is essential.
- Relationship-oriented: You understand that long-term partnerships require trust, consistency, and genuine investment in others' success.
- Tech-comfortable: Proficiency with HubSpot, Asana, Slack, Canva, Google Workspace, and similar tools.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Docs, Microsoft Excel, Google Cal., etc.
- Ability to prioritize and quickly turn around high priority campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Experience in nonprofit fundraising, sales, account management, or animal welfare is a plus, but not required.
