They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to initiate contact with prospects and customers, manage inbound leads, and qualify new business opportunities to drive sales.


Responsibilities

  • Outbound lead generation and inbound lead qualification
  • Manage inbound leads from website, stores, campaigns, and phone inquiries
  • Accurately assess the customer's business, applications, and identify the best-fit RWS sales resource to follow-up on qualified opportunities
  • Execute qualification process to set introduction meetings with appropriate sales resources to close RWS opportunity
  • Identify, qualify, and deliver sales opportunities within Small Business. Mid-Market and National/Global segments across Industrial RWfB portfolio
  • In addition, be responsible for responding to contact initiated by customers or prospects via telephone, email, gaining an understanding of the customers’ needs or requirements, moving the opportunity towards a sale, meeting, or other relevant outcome
  • Focus upon maximizing sales of RW products to existing customers by trying to cross sell or up-sell

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a related business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Either customer experience or sales environment preferred)
  • Ability to get results through influence and collaboration
  • Ability to leverage a dynamic sales process
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve specific and measurable goals
  • Possess financial and business acumen; understands the dynamics of the business
  • Strong communication and analytical skills required, including the ability to interpret challenges, and formulate pragmatic, effective recommendations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • CRM – Sales Force
