This role involves making outbound calls to potential buyers and sellers, building rapport, and setting appointments for the real estate agents, all within a high-performance sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Make 200+ outbound calls per day
- Speak with potential buyers and sellers
- Follow proven scripts and sales process
- Set qualified appointments for our agents
- Manage follow-ups and pipeline in CRM
- Track and report activity

- You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people

- You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods
- You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Sales experience tracking to a quota

- Team player
- Real estate license (not required)
- Sales experience or phone sales experience
