As a Remote Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent), you'll be responsible for:

  • Securely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting cargo, mail, and baggage to and from aircraft, while ensuring optimal connections by guiding arriving and departing aircraft from the gate positions.
  • Protecting cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
  • Operating ground equipment such as dollies, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
  • Using cargo scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of cargo to its destination.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
