[Remote] Product Specialist

They are seeking a Product Specialist to assist with customer implementations, analyze customer requirements, and conduct product demos, contributing to product growth and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Assist or lead ongoing customer implementations for Bectran platform
• Assist in product growth by analyzing customer requirements and designing features/workflows
• Prioritizing product roadmaps based on customer priorities and development lifecycles
• Conduct product demos for prospective clients through online conferencing tools
• Assist in customer support for existing customers, through phone, email or support tickets

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing, technical, or product-related role
• Enthusiasm for application and product design
• Passion for software products and an eagerness to understand and explain them
• Track record of building lasting relationships with clients
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts
