  • Order Processing Assistance: Guide customers through the purchasing process, helping them navigate options, configure their orders, and complete transactions. You'll ensure a seamless buying experience from initial inquiry to delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues with empathy and efficiency. You'll troubleshoot problems, find solutions, and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization—including sales, service, logistics, and engineering—to resolve complex customer issues and escalations. You'll serve as the customer's advocate within the company.
