[Remote] Onboarding Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bloomerang is a company dedicated to empowering nonprofits through innovative technology and support. The Onboarding Specialist will provide 1:1 virtual follow-ups with customers, ensuring they understand how to use their purchased products effectively while managing multiple projects and maintaining accountability throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customers’ Getting Started Journey
• Own the 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to ensure learning content understanding
• Assist customers with value recognition in their purchased platform(s)
• Act as a point of contact throughout the Customer Getting Started Journey
• Manage customer hand-offs between internal Bloomerang teams

Skills

• 1+ years of experience supporting SaaS CRM onboarding and training in a virtual and/or on-site environment with a strong focus on customer onboarding best practices
• Ability to serve as the primary contact between internal and external stakeholders helping ensure deliverables are met
• Organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and goals
• A strong technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and understand new software products and concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with using Excel for reviewing and troubleshooting customer data import files
• Ability to stay current with emerging AI capabilities and apply them directly through hands-on building and experimentation
• Foundational understanding of data migration processes
• 1+ years of project management experience with SaaS customer onboarding
• Experience with Bloomerang products
• Experience with supporting nonprofit organizations
• Experience with supporting nonprofit CRM solutions
