Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cuready Healthcare is seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support their growing healthcare staffing organization. This role involves executing marketing initiatives across various service lines and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Create engaging content for Cuready’s website, blogs, social media platforms, email campaigns, and marketing materials
  • Manage and grow social media presence, including scheduling, posting, and audience engagement
  • Develop and post job marketing assets across platforms to support recruiting efforts
  • Partner with the sales and recruiting teams to create and execute targeted email campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and client/candidate preferences within healthcare staffing
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, recruiting, leadership) to align marketing strategies with business goals
  • Maintain brand consistency across all Cuready and Viable Solutions marketing channels
  • Work with internal stakeholders and project management resources to update and maintain the company website
  • Support event planning, promotions, open houses, and product/service launches (including potential travel)
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI on campaigns and initiatives

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 0–2 years of marketing experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic analytics
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in healthcare staffing is a plus
