The IT Service Management Representative SCON plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and support of production and non-production environments, coordinating maintenance activities, software implementations, and issue resolution across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and application support for production and non-production environments
• Implement software and functionality updates in coordination with relevant teams
• Coordinate monthly non-production maintenance activities among technical and functional teams
• Schedule and communicate maintenance activities to ensure proper impact awareness and testing
• Lead War-captain support during after-hours and weekend maintenance to resolve issues promptly
• Facilitate communication and coordination between teams during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance

Skills

• Experience with SID team procedures and primary responsibilities
• Ability to coordinate maintenance schedules and lead troubleshooting calls as War-captain
• US citizenship
