As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will engage with clients through sales calls, aiming to cross-sell Personal Lines Insurance Products and build strong relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales calls from a list of warm referrals or existing clients, focusing on relationship-building and identifying new opportunities
  • Up-sell and cross-sell when talking to customers on all our insurance products
  • Best match client needs to insurance company offerings
  • Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses

Skills

  • RIBO License and ON auto insurance knowledge required
  • A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them
  • A self-motivated and intrapreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation
  • The ability to communicate professionally over the phone and through email
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity
