This role involves managing a large book of business while delivering excellent customer service and collaborating with senior brokers to enhance client relationship management.


Responsibilities

  • Support the management of a large commercial and personal lines book of business
  • Deliver excellent customer service, assisting clients with policy inquiries, renewals, and endorsements
  • Collaborate closely with a senior broker to learn best practices in client relationship management and sales
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Apply critical thinking to solve problems, anticipate client needs, and take initiative in day-to-day responsibilities

Skills

  • Experience in the insurance industry is an asset (sales or service)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to stay on top of competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • A self-starter who takes ownership of their work and thrives with minimal supervision
  • Patient, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service
  • A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability
