As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer complaints and claims, and developing organization-wide initiatives to inform and educate customers.   • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications
  • Ensuring good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws
  • Developing organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers
  • Developing improvement plans in response to customer surveys
  • Engaging, interacting, and responding in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships
  • Supporting the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, emails, and fax; researching responses with sales
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Determining charges for product requests/usage, collaborating with Accounts Receivable on invoice disputes/discrepancies; taking appropriate action required to resolve dispute
  • Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Maintaining customer pricing in systems of record, including entering contracts as required
  • Implementing and supporting Quality initiatives throughout Customer Service workflow
  • Implementing procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system through proper billing and replenishment processes
  • *What You Need**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • 2+ years of customer or account management experience
  • Knowledge of the medical implant industry and hospital customer base
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
