[Remote] Implementation Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Paubox is a remote-first B2B startup focused on HIPAA compliant communication solutions for healthcare. The Implementation Specialist will assist in onboarding new customers by managing email routing and DNS updates, ensuring a smooth transition to Paubox's products.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new customers of all sizes, on all Paubox products
• Ensuring successful onboarding of new Paubox customers by defining and delivering on success metrics
• Supporting customers through the implementation period via email and zoom
• Working with Sales and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and handling of our customers
• Delivering an A+ customer experience all day, every day

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous onboarding, implementation, or support experience
• Natural ability to connect with customers and understand their priorities and issues
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience with email routing and DNS management
• Team player! We work together

• Ability to work and thrive remotely
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience working in the healthcare or other regulated industry
• Familiarity with Hubspot
