They are seeking a Financial Service Trainee who will provide exceptional customer service, process banking transactions, and educate customers on financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls and returning messages from members/customers
• Process banking transactions by verifying caller identity and accessing sensitive information
• Respond to a wide range of banking inquiries including account reconciliations, online banking issues, and fund transfers
• Educate members/customers on products and services related to the employer's offerings
• Maintain performance metrics, including average talk time and quality review scores

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with general banking knowledge and banking platforms preferred
• Exceptional attendance record and availability for scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proficient typing and computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively in challenging situations
• Prior experience in a customer service role, particularly in banking or financial services
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
• Familiarity with mobile and online banking platforms
