Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RMG Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced English-speaking Retention Agent to join a well-established regulated Forex company. This fully remote position focuses on managing and retaining clients while driving revenue growth through strong relationships and effective support.

• Manage and retain existing clients
• Build strong, long-term relationships with traders
• Increase client lifetime value and trading activity
• Handle client inquiries and provide ongoing support
• Promote trading opportunities and company products
• Meet and exceed retention and revenue targets
• Monitor client activity and identify retention opportunities
