Position Overview

We're currently seeking a motivated and detail-focused Remote Data Entry Clerk to support our information management and order processing operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining crucial data within our internal systems. You'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth flow of information that powers our entire organization.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $24/hour with full-time employment benefits. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Order Processing and Entry: Accurately input purchase orders, order amendments, and new vendor account information into our internal systems. Ensure all data is entered correctly and within established timelines to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update all relevant databases with current and accurate information. Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the system.
  • Report Generation: Run pre-set reports as needed to gather market intelligence and provide insights to various departments. Compile and analyze data to support decision-making processes across the organization.
  • Vendor Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact between vendors, contractors, and internal departments. Address inquiries related to order status, designation requests, and follow-up communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different internal teams to gather necessary data for purchase order generation. Collaborate with the Worldwide Purchasing Offices to resolve issues and ensure smooth order processing.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and raise system issues to appropriate parties. Follow up with relevant teams when required information is not provided within reasonable timeframes.
  • Status Updates: Consistently update all stakeholders on project and task statuses. Ensure all deliverables are completed within required timeframes and according to established quality standards.
  • Weekly Timeline Achievement: Meet weekly deadlines for order completion and ensure consistent delivery of processed orders while maintaining high-quality output and work feasibility.
  • Team Support: Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support colleagues as needed, particularly during periods of high workload or absence within the team.
  • Data Packing and Guidelines: Package information appropriately and ensure all established guidelines and protocols are strictly followed throughout all data entry processes.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
