What You'll Do

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making across the organization. What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.


• Professional Experience: Three to five years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, and/or predictive analytics.


• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in analytical software and applications. Strong grasp of data visualization tools and techniques.


• Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)


• Proficiency in database query languages such as TSQL or PLSQL


• Programming experience with Python or R for statistical analysis


• Knowledge of probability and statistics fundamentals

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform for low-code solutions


• Proficiency with Alteryx for data blending and analysis
