They are seeking a personable, tech-savvy Customer Support Representative to assist new and prospective customers by hosting Zoom calls, handling inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.


Responsibilities

  • Hosting Zoom calls with prospective customers, walking them through our CRM platform and answering questions in real time
  • Handling customer inquiries via email, phone, and tech support tickets
  • Troubleshooting issues and guiding users through solutions clearly and confidently
  • Documenting recurring problems and collaborating with the team to improve support resources
  • Being a friendly, reliable first point of contact that leaves customers feeling taken care of

Skills

  • Strong communicator — written, verbal, and on video calls
  • Comfortable learning and clearly explaining software tools (CRM or SaaS experience is a big plus)
  • A natural problem-solver who stays calm and helpful under pressure
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Weekend availability is a huge bonus but not required
