They are seeking a personable, tech-savvy Customer Support Representative to assist new and prospective customers by hosting Zoom calls, handling inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
Responsibilities
- Hosting Zoom calls with prospective customers, walking them through our CRM platform and answering questions in real time
- Handling customer inquiries via email, phone, and tech support tickets
- Troubleshooting issues and guiding users through solutions clearly and confidently
- Documenting recurring problems and collaborating with the team to improve support resources
- Being a friendly, reliable first point of contact that leaves customers feeling taken care of
Skills
- Strong communicator — written, verbal, and on video calls
- Comfortable learning and clearly explaining software tools (CRM or SaaS experience is a big plus)
- A natural problem-solver who stays calm and helpful under pressure
- Previous customer service experience
- Weekend availability is a huge bonus but not required
