Position Overview
We are looking to hire two dedicated Customer Support Representatives who will work together as a cohesive team to provide comprehensive coverage seven days a week. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing support tickets, and ensuring that all listings and administrative tasks are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Customer Interaction: Communicating with customers in a kind, helpful, and professional manner via phone, email, and chat. You must be a native U.S. English speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
