This position reports to the Manager of Customer Support and is based remotely. We provide our customers with 24/7 around-the-clock support, and we're seeking dedicated professionals who are interested in building a rewarding support career with a industry-leading technology company.

- Multi-Channel Support: Deliver a best-in-class customer experience by managing a steady stream of telephone inquiries, web requests, live chat conversations, and email correspondence. Guide our customers patiently through the process of achieving their goals with our software platform.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain diligent, consistent attention to detail and effectively manage all administrative aspects of the role, including case documentation and follow-up communications.

Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: Six or more months of related experience in queue-based roles, customer support positions, retail environments, or similar fast-paced customer-facing positions.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
