Position Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our members seeking assistance with their pharmacy benefit plans. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Your goal will be to ensure that every member understands their coverage and options, offering the solutions needed to simplify their healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Inbound Member Inquiries: Handle incoming calls from members seeking assistance with their pharmacy benefit questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy.
- Insurance and Coverage Assistance: Answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and eligibility to help members understand their benefits.
- Mail Order Prescription Support: Guide members through the mail-order prescription process, assisting with orders, tracking, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Problem Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve member concerns, ensuring satisfactory outcomes while maintaining compliance with company policies and HIPAA regulations.
- Documentation and Accuracy: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our computer systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Product and Process Knowledge: Stay current on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to members.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military environment
- Proficiency in Windows-based computer applications
- Strong communication skills, including excellent verbal and written abilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating shifts and weekends as needed
- Reliable home internet connection meeting our speed requirements
- Ability to maintain a secure, distraction-free home workspace
- Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and government regulations

- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve in a positive and productive manner
