Position Overview


We're currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk to join our growing Market Research team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities


As an integral member of our data operations team, you will be responsible for the following:


  • Accurate Data Entry: Efficiently and accurately input data from various sources—including online surveys, databases, documents, and other research materials—into our computer systems and databases. You will maintain a high level of typing speed and accuracy while meeting productivity targets.
  • Data Verification and Quality Control: Meticulously review and verify entered data for errors, discrepancies, or inconsistencies. Implement quality assurance checks to ensure all information meets arenaflex's stringent accuracy standards before final submission.
  • Data Integrity and Confidentiality: Maintain the highest levels of data integrity and confidentiality at all times. Follow established protocols to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with data security policies.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare, organize, and sort documents and source materials for data entry processing. Ensure all materials are properly categorized and easily accessible for efficient workflow.
  • Multi-Source Data Collection: Gather and input data from diverse sources, including online databases, market research surveys, third-party documents, and internal records. Adapt to different data formats and structures while maintaining consistency.
  • Data Security and Availability: Ensure the safety and accessibility of all data under your responsibility. Implement proper backup procedures and maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval when needed.

Essential Qualifications
