  • *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer service inquiries and problems via inbound calls, primarily through our dialer on specific mortgage campaigns
  • Managing upwards of 50-100+ calls daily, with occasional outbound calling campaigns (must be open to occasional outbound calls, when needed)
  • Working on various campaigns, including refinances, home equities, insurance, home warranties, security systems, and more, in a scripted environment
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
  • *Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Any kind of sales or upselling experience, either in-person or over the phone, is preferred but not required
  • 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience is highly preferred, in addition to sales/upselling experience
  • Must be open to occasional outbound calls, but primarily inbound calls (arenaflex has both inbound and outbound agents)
  • No previous or active real estate licenses or NMLS loan licenses are allowed, due to conflict of interest
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and dialer systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of calls and customer interactions
