Position Overview
We are currently hiring for our evening shift positions, working from 12pm to 9pm EST. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate different availability needs, with shifts available that include one weekend day. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our team.
The Customer Service Representative role at arenaflex is more than a typical call center position. It's an opportunity to build genuine relationships with athletes, solve complex problems, and contribute to a team that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. You'll handle a variety of inquiries, from product questions to order management, and you'll be empowered to resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing Comprehensive Athlete Support: Assist customers with product inquiries, gift card and loyalty program (ScoreCard) issues, order placement, order status tracking, and processing returns or replacements with efficiency and care.
- Delivering White-Glove First Contact Resolution: Take ownership of every athlete issue from the first point of contact through complete resolution. Demonstrate genuine empathy, keep customers informed throughout the process, and ensure their ultimate satisfaction is always the goal.
- Handling Escalated Support: Serve as a Tier II support specialist, managing escalated call transfers and complex issues that require deeper assessment and expertise.
- Problem Resolution & Troubleshooting: Research, analyze, and resolve athlete issues while identifying root causes. Quickly understand customer needs and take proactive steps to address their concerns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with individual retail stores and internal business partners to provide comprehensive support and reach timely resolutions for customer issues.
- Documentation & Data Management: Execute various back-office functions including accurate logging and tracking of all incident information in our customer relationship management systems.
Essential Skills & Competencies
