Work From Home Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Accuracy: Input, verify, and maintain accurate trip data, including scheduling, modifying, and canceling reservations. Ensure all information is correct before processing requests.

  • Policy Adherence: Follow all company policies and procedures consistently. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Attendance & Punctuality: Maintain an acceptable attendance record and be punctual for all scheduled shifts. Reliability is critical in ensuring continuous support for our members.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education



  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required

Essential Skills & Experience



  • Six (6) months of contact center experience OR customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry preferred

  • Fluency in English (ability to read, write, and speak clearly)

  • Typing speed of 35 words per minute or more

  • Ability to handle high call volumes (up to 100 calls per day)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with data entry

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
