The Role: Customer Experience Program Manager
As a Customer Experience Program Manager at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical implementation and client satisfaction. You'll partner closely with key stakeholders to drive programs focused on delivering specialized datacenter solutions for government clients. These projects represent the cutting edge of innovation and will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, drive pilots, and shape ongoing strategy for bringing new capabilities to our clients.
This role requires a unique blend of analytical and technical skills, coupled with the ability to influence execution teams across the organization. You'll be responsible for balancing strategic thinking with hands-on program execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Program Manager, you will:
- Drive Competitive Advantage: Apply systems thinking methodologies and industry-standard project and program management best practices to differentiate arenaflex's government datacenter projects in the marketplace.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancement, from RFP response through datacenter operations.
- Technical Coordination: Apply your technical and competitive ecosystem knowledge to coordinate and support client RFP responses, ensuring comprehensive and compelling proposals.
- Project Delivery Excellence: Deliver projects with a focus on key performance indicators and business objectives, providing clarity and motivation to project teams to execute on time, within budget, and in compliance—while delivering high first-pass quality with zero rework.
- Navigate Ambiguity: Lead uncertain projects with multiple stakeholders, ambiguous requirements, and incomplete data, driving clarity and results.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Balance analytical and technical skills with the ability to influence execution teams within CO+I and across the broader arenaflex organization.
- Strategic Partnership: Partner with government clients to understand their unique requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet stringent security and compliance standards.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, sharing lessons learned and best practices across teams.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
Security Clearance Requirements
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph
- Ability to meet arenaflex, client, or government security screening requirements
- Note: Inability to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance may result in employment termination
- Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated clearance status to meet national government client requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to a job offer.
- arenaflex Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the arenaflex Cloud background check upon hire/move and every five years thereafter.
- Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. This position supports U.S. federal, state, and/or local government agencies and is subject to specific citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, Mathematics, Business, or related field with 5+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- Strong collaborative program and project management skills
- Experience coaching teams and mentoring others in planning, organizing, and designing their work
- Technical program management experience managing scope, design, people, risk, and communications
- Understanding of business and financial objectives and plans
- Experience leading execution with multi-disciplinary engineering teams
- Combination of technical and program management skills and experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with U.S. Government compliance and building standards
- Ability to work in a flexible, fast-moving environment
- Understanding of contract language
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and datacenter operations
- Familiarity with government procurement processes (RFP, RFQ, etc.)
