What You'll Do


As a Remote Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interaction operations. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that requires exceptional communication skills, technical acumen, and a genuine passion for helping others. Here's what you can expect:


  • Handle Inbound Customer Calls: Receive and respond to inbound calls from our bank partners, merchants, and cardholders. You'll answer questions, provide information about electronic payment services, and drive issues to resolution while ensuring client satisfaction at every interaction.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Some calls will be technical in nature, requiring you to troubleshoot basic issues related to payment processing, card activation, account inquiries, and more. You'll have the training and resources needed to handle these inquiries confidently.

  • Deliver WOW Experiences: Go above and beyond to create memorable interactions. Be an active listener, clear communicator, and problem-solver who helps clients discover the best solutions for their needs. Your goal is to turn every interaction into a positive experience that reinforces why clients trust arenaflex.

  • Document and Escalate: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues. When necessary, escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring a smooth handoff and follow-up.

  • Meet Performance Standards: Work in a remote environment that supports high call volumes. You'll need to manage your time effectively, maintain productivity metrics, and consistently deliver quality service.

What We're Looking For


We're seeking candidates who are smart, patient, technically savvy, and genuinely customer-focused. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who is willing to take the extra step to provide great service. Here's what you need to qualify:

Essential Requirements:

  • Residency: Must be a current resident of Nebraska. This is a mandatory requirement due to the nature of our client relationships and regulatory considerations.
  • Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of consistent experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Financial Services, Technology support, or a related industry.
  • Call Center Background: Experience in a call center environment is strongly preferred. Remote (work-from-home) experience is also highly valued.
  • Home Office Setup: You must have a quiet, secure, and dedicated workspace where you can manage a consistent flow of calls without disruption or distraction from others.
  • Internet Requirements: A reliable Ethernet-connected internet connection with the following specifications:
    • Ping: Less than 50 ms
    • Download speed: Greater than 12.0 Mbps
    • Upload speed: Greater than 2.0 Mbps

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing Call Center environment, preferably with an online bill pay service, financial institution, or payment processing company.
  • Demonstrated work tenure with previous roles lasting a year or more, showing reliability and commitment.
  • Basic understanding of electronic payment systems, credit card processing, or banking operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
