What You'll Be Doing
As a Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, your primary role is to deliver world-class customer experiences while developing the expertise needed to guide individuals through their healthcare insurance options. Once you become a Licensed Insurance Agent, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Customer Consultation: Assist individuals in thoroughly understanding their coverage options and help them select the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their unique personal needs. You'll be the trusted advisor who helps customers navigate often complex healthcare decisions.
- Full Lifecycle Service: Provide comprehensive customer service and sales support throughout the entire customer journey. This includes accepting inbound customer inquiries as well as making outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional needs.
