About The Job

As a Customer Experience Associate (CXA) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring that all of our customers have the magical, transformative experience that has come to define our brand. This role will act as a subject matter expert who delivers empathetic, detail-oriented solutions to our customers across multiple communication channels.

As our frontline ambassadors, all CXAs receive comprehensive training designed to optimize your effectiveness and set you up for success. You'll be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to handle any customer interaction with confidence and professionalism.

This is a part-time position offering approximately 20 hours per week. Our business is seasonal, so CX Agents are expected to flex up or decrease their weekly hours when the business requires it. Typically, this means working between 15-29 hours per week depending on demand cycles.

Training Requirements

All new hires MUST attend our comprehensive 4-week virtual training program, running Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 4pm EST. This training will begin on the start date provided in your offer letter. During this period, you will go through orientation and a robust training curriculum designed to prepare you for all aspects of CX interactions. Upon completion of this training period, you will be required to pass an assessment that tests the knowledge gained during training. You will begin your part-time shift schedule after successfully completing the training and assessment period.

Available Shift Times

We are currently hiring for the following shift schedules:



  • Saturday through Tuesday, 1pm-6pm EST

  • Sunday through Wednesday, 9am-2pm EST

  • Sunday through Wednesday (Sunday 1pm-6pm, Monday-Wednesday 2pm-7pm) EST

Compensation

The starting pay rate for this position is non-negotiable and varies by work location:



  • $16/hour: Massachusetts, Colorado, Oregon, Texas, Illinois, Arizona, Virginia, Florida

  • $14.50/hour: Tennessee, Kansas

What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Associate at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Deliver exceptional service and develop lasting relationships with customers via arenaflex communication channels including live chat, phone, and email correspondence

  • Serve as a proud brand ambassador of arenaflex, consistently championing our core values to democratize fashion and make it accessible to everyone

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all arenaflex products including fit, styles, and inventory to assist customers effectively

  • Assist customers in finding styles that meet their individual style preferences and event needs, creating personalized fashion recommendations

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by actively listening to their problems and offering creative, effective resolutions

  • Deliver personalized service while meeting both quality and productivity goals established for your role

  • Share customer feedback and information with other team members and leaders to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience

  • Contribute to an empathetic, positive, and energetic team culture that supports both colleagues and customers

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Requirements


  • At least 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment

  • Technical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills

  • Computer proficiency including G Suite, Google Chrome Browser, Slack, and Zoom

  • High-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider with a minimum 10Mbps connection

  • Must be able to attend the full 4-week virtual training program

Technical Requirements

arenaflex will provide a laptop and headset for your work. You must have reliable high-speed internet from a cable or fiber internet provider with a minimum download speed of 10Mbps. This ensures you can effectively handle live chat, phone, and email interactions without technical difficulties.
